How will Sasuke EVER get Rinnegan.

yh, the title pretty much says it.

How will sasuke ever activate the rinnegan.
Nagato's Rinnegan activated when his mother and father were killed in front of him.
( Speculation ) Madara activated his Rinnegan when he killed his wife/children after the battle with Hashirama.

So we can assume that killing a family member thats close to you would activate the rinnegan.
However Sasuke hasn't got any family member left. And don't say he could have got it after the battle with itachi. You need an EMS to get rinnegan, not 3 tomoe sharingan.
Now he hasn't got any family members left. And itachi is and Edo and as you can see, hes gone because Edo is released.

Thats my theory guys, what do you think? have i missed something?.

Read this thread it is only a few lines, it will show you why nagato never had normal eyes or a sharingan to get to rinnegan. It was implanted.

We do not know how rinnegan is activated, to unlock MS it is kill someone close to you for EMS it is take the eyes of your sibling. Rinnegan? we don't know. Nagato did not unlock his rinnegan when his mum and dad were killed.

Nagato is a descendant of the SO6p himself. His eyes weren't Implanted.
Tobi probably put those weak ninjas under a genjutsu, making them think nagato's mother and father were shinobi. When they killed both of nagatos parents, he released the genjutsu and left Nagato to deal them. He knew Nagato had the rinnegan. But nagato's rinnegan weren't activated, so tobi activated it for him.
