Sarutobi fire jutsu on par with madara?

if we assume sarutobi is around the age 25-35 and on top of his career would his fire jutsus be on par with madaras? i mean he was called the professor cuz he knew all the jutsus there is in konoha so shouldn't he know all madaras fire jutsus too then ?? just asking don't hate plzz

There not the best, they have a natural affinity for Fire yes, But that doesn't make the the best at using Fire.
Nor does this mean Non-Uchiha's can't suppass an uchiha in Fire Jutsu's.

that's what i mean, if he knew all the konoha jutsus then he should know madaras fire jutsus too unless there is some secret fire techniques we don't know of... and i think the only difference is the stamina thing cuz madara is way stronger there

No, listen people have we seen kakashi use 1,000 copied techniques NO....just because they say he knew every jutsu doesn't mean he does know every jutsu,he didn't know rasengan, chidori, kirin, etc, the way he became hokage was a gimme.

To answer your question NO madara is on another level but other uchihas maybe, his fire style was super concentrated.

And to everyone saying prime hiruzen, he did not know EVERY technique at all and if he did, not in his 20's
