He is strong, but not the strongest. Hashirama could beat him with his wood technique that puts people to sleep. Hashirama could use that jutsu in seconds like the Advent World thing when he was an Edo.
Also, Mu could probably beat him. Mu could probably beat most shinobi past or present.

Okay. Maybe he isn't a wind release specialist, but he did create the rasengan, a move with wind chakra nature.

No Rasengan is just chakra manipulation to the max BUT Naruto added wind to it(PS. that isn't rasen suriken)....

You can't fight what you can't see. Plus Jinton is WAY OP. Plus Mu is a sensor. IMO Mu is the second strongest Kage ever, first Hashirama, third 2nd Mizukage, fourth 3rd Raikage, but that's just my opinion.

NO it applies to everyone....don't try to twist words and kakashi isn't even a Kage so you can stfu and that theory was proven wrong when Madara told Tsunade how weak she is compared to Hashi

Mu- Having the Particle Jutsu, being invisible, and flying could probably stand a chance, sorta.

2nd Mizukage- Having the ultimate genjutsu, with the mist. You just keep attacking fake images, and he could just attack him, unless he runs out of chakra before the raikage does with his shield.

And of course, Hashirama.

Those three I believe stand a chance.

Well, by stopping the genjutsu, you have to stop the clam. Knowing the current Raikage, A, he has tendencies to go on rampages. So I'm assuming, the Raikage has bipolar characteristics which could have came from the Third. So the Third would go on destroying everything in his path. Ultimately the clam would be destroyed ending the genjutsu.

If Jinton doesn't work, Mu can always just evade Raikage with ease. But I think Jinton can get past Lighting Armor, but I don't really know. It seems like it could.
Also, I forgot about Mu and Mizukage killing eachother, so you're right they're equal.

Yeah, but that would take a long time, seeing as how the Mizukage is very strong, he wouldn't lose so easily. Know that this is a very strong genjutsu, so the Raikage would be tired eventually. And im assuming that the shield requires chakra, and if the 2nd Mizukage can hold up the genjutsu long enough (I believe he can), the Raikage would run out (Enough to take off his shield) and possibly still in the Genjutsu, the Mizukage could just snipe him with his water gun jutsu thing. Not sure what its called, awesome jutsu though

That water gun justu is pretty awesome. hahaha but anyways, The Third could withstand a fight with the 8 tails....numerous times. And these are all monsters filled with a plethora of Chakra, almost unlimited, so if he wouldn't last long it would be disappointing.
