I theorized that he may get the Juubi's eyes, but I doubt it now. The reason being that the Rinnegan < Sharingan in Genjutsu but the Rinnegan > Sharingan in terms of raw power, it made sense to me that Sasuke should get one combined (Juubi's eyes) for the ultimate Dojutsu, but, alas, it seems to OP xd

the elder son eyes for all we know may be better than the rinnegan.

I believe the rinnegan is the juubi's eye without hatred, it has the same amount of inner circles. Also I think the sage wasn't born with the rinnegan I believe he got this after he defeated the juubi with his 3 sage modes which I believe he had just like how naruto beat the kyuubi with his 1 sage mode.

See how naruto has kurama eyes when he uses his chakra and also remember when he sometimes used it in the past but his eyes were blue with the nine tails eye, this is what I believe the so6p done with the juubi's eye. Removed his hatred and became a burden of it's hatred. Notice the glowing red tomoe's neckless around his neck (burden of hatred). I have the theory fully explained on a thread.
