He would find some way to blame hiruzen for letting this happen and not putting a stop to danzo's plan and so on.

Also sasuke is planning on killing everyone in the leaf, even the ones that had nothing to do with the clan, So i doubt hiruzen would be an exception, even though he did try to help the clan.

i think sauske wouldent kill him. cause the 3rd was the one protecting him while he was in the village all that time. not only that he was the only one who was trying to stop the assasination but it didnt work.
