Its called suspense, he's drawing it out, cliffhangers to keep people reading.... If he dumped everything out the manga would be over in 20 chapters. Im sure kishi loves drawing manga, but its still a job, he gets payed for this, he wants to keep his fans happy and reading, trust me he doesnt want to troll his fans.

So you're saying when we first meet Tobi, which I believe is when Zetsu took him to where Sasori died, you wanted to know his identidy right away then? That'd be boring and unexciting. If you don't like waiting, then are you even reading it then, since you have to wait a week for each chapter to come out.

Building up suspense is thing writers do, and I'm glad they do it because do you know how boring and plain an anime/manga would be if everything were to be upfront to the audience?

And we don't really need his identity as of right now, because knowing it wouldn't lead to anything. Just wait for him to reveal it to us, it's not that hard to do.

My point is that there isn't a limit to how long the manga could go on. He could make another arc, or just make a bunch of more chapters in this arc. It's like having an assignment with no deadline. Kishi can take his time.
