How can he figure out
1.Itachi already gave many clues to how kabuto can decide his destiny.
2. in manga the loop is not exactly repeating, only the start is repeating
and every time in the loop itachi gives the same clues in a better way
3.it is a kinjustu that gives hints to victim and helps him to break out of it.
4. itachi said kabuto cannot brekout because he was just like itachi and will not accept (he might meant that kabuto will not accept it so fast i.e before itachi can stop edo tensei)
5.Kabuto has already realized that it was repeating, but he had not accepted that he failed to stop itachi, in next manga he might accept it that he can fail because he would be convinced by now (after all anyone would be convinced after seeing it repeat so many time)and break the kinjustu.
6.But Kabuto cannot start edo tensei right away, because he already released souls from his commnad(he should re use all the DNA samples and living people to reanimate again.)
7.this means Sasuke will be in trouble (i mean kabuto will brek it before sasuke tries to kill him while he was under izanami, kabuto alredy took long time to break that kinjustu.), in manga suigetsu found something that can change something, it will help sasuke stop kabuto
8.sasuke cannot kill kabuto because kabuto is fast (it was shown that susano cannot catch him, and in others he used oro justu to reborn after being crushed by susano and it's faster than oro himself.){it's not for sasuke to kill kabuto alone i.e amaterasu and susanoo won't work on kabuto , and if kabuto uses the sound genjustu again sasuke will be done.}
