My teaching style is based on two parts: RP and explanation.
RP Style
1. RP style is a small description on what your character does in order to achieve the successful completion of the jutsu. It also trains your skills in description and knowledge of the RP, which be highly critical for battles.
I will always have a clone available for you to do your jutsu on, but I do not want in your description that you actually contact him with it, because to me that seems you don't want the training but just get the jutsu done. Example:

If you are unable to fill every single one of them you can leave it blank, but I expect you to at least have 2 or more examples in each category if possible. You can use narutopedia to answer this questions, I would recommend it.
This may seem long, but I will do anything necessarily for you to understand how a technique works.

.The strengths of the technique:
-Power. It is based on absolute power, and is stated that it can destroy anything in its path.
-Speed. Being a lightning jutsu, it is quite fast, and the opponent cannot react fast if defending against a couple of moves that combine with it.
-Not weak against wind. Since it goes from the ground, the weakness of lightning, wind , can not block it.

The weakness of the technique:
-Handseals. Predictable and takes sometime.
-DIrection. It only goes to a fixed direction so target has to stay unmoving.
-Path. If opponent changes the direction or structure of the ground earlier on, it is useless.
-Usage: THe user has to touch the ground. QUite dangerous since you wouldn't want to get hit by earth before you even perform the jutsu.

How would you use it in a battle:
Personally, I wouldn't use it at all. But, if I have to, I would use this in a condition where the opponent is busy engaging himself in countering other jutsu's while this can be used easily. And, according to my thinking, if there is water on opponent's feet and I use this jutsu, then the water would be a conductor.
How to defend against the technique:
-Get away from the area it will destroy, Hurricane fist or fly away.
-I have sharingan, so I can predict the handseals, and so others can predict it too.
-CHange the land structure. Use MOving Earth core to make ground high or low, before the opponent actually releases the technique.

I'm sorry, but I don't have an answer for this. U_U Because I find this technique flawed
Performed the technique here[ I needed to make up for things I didnot answer :T_T: ]:
Focusing a huge amount of chakra within my body, I stand poised, slightly kneeling on the ground, bending low so that my hand can reach the ground .i flow the chakra through my entire body, and circulate it. As my chakra flow reaches its zenith, I perform the hand seals: Rabbit → Boar → Rat → Horse → Tiger stringing them together in a swift and fluid motion, and within moments, I complete the hand seals. After doing so, I vibrate my chakra violently, increasing its frequency so as to convert it into Raiton chakra, creating a shock wave kind of chakra. With that, I flow it all to my right hand, and slam my right palm on the ground, with great force, albeit not enough to cause an indent on the ground since I'm not strong enough, like Gin-san. Using the ground as a medium, I release all my pent up lightning chakra in my hands, using the ground as a conductor, my chakra manifests into a huge mass of lightning, in which I contain and compress, into a dense bolt of electricity, crackling madly and vibrating ever so wickedly. I excrete more molded chakra into the bolt of lightning, making it stronger, before I send it towards you at great speeds, wrecking havoc through the ground, crusting a huge rocky terrain with the bolt of lightning, carving some trail and leaving nothing but mass destruction behind. I use shape manipulation to morph my chakra shape into a triangular base lightning bolt, looking like an 'arrow', smashing you to bits.

Use one of the civilians for that, though again, don't say if you actually succeeded in the technique or not, that is for me to figure.
About the technique, I wouldn't say it isn't weak against wind. All Lightning Techniques are weak against wind, as they act as resistors. The difference is that wind techniques are specially difficult to use as a way to stop this technique, though it doesn't make the technique invulnerable to wind.
If you raise earth in order to prevent this jutsu (Such as using Earth Core to rise yourself), it will only end up destroying the earth, making you lose balance and fall. Though the fall itself may not cause you any damage, it will leave you open to attack.

Description: After performing the needed hand seals Rat → Monkey → Horse → Tiger the user will create a even more powerful version of lightning release: four pillar bind, the user creates sixteen giant pillars, which then form a giant oven to trap the enemy. It is often used after Earth Release: Mud Fall to cover the enemy target in mud and then follow up with using Fire release: Firing Biscuit, creating flames in the oven to roast and harden the mud, immobilizing the enemy.
The same as four pillar bind, though you pour more chakra to make more pillars to trap your opponent.

It is quite useful technique. Well, I would use it in a condition where the opponent is trapped and has to face it. I can also use it when they are firing clay shots, or ninja tools kind'a stuff.
How to defend against the technique:
-Wind, of course.
Performing this technique:I start to flow my chakra through my body and channel it into my hand. As it reaches it I make the chakra vibrate incredibly fast creating raiton chakra all through my body. I then quickly and swiftly perform the handseals "Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey". I then hold my right hand up above my face while releasing the lightning chakra from my hand in the form of lightning. I use chakra control to stabilise the lightning so it just stays in my hand. I then put my hand out in front of me and wave it in a straight line from left to right across my body. As I do so I release lightning from the chidori. This creates many small needles of lightning to spread out horizontally in front of me and moving forwards quickly. (I mean, if I did it correct.. This ^^ happens)

To finish them off as it is powerful. You could also use this to block their vision whilst using it and then use an earth based attack to get them when they least suspect it.

It completely covers and traps the enemy so they can't escape. It is also strong as earth wall is created and is hard enough
The weakness of the technique:It takes time to form so that the enemy can easily counter it. He can also go underground to escape.
How would you use it in a battle:After I 'corner' and enemy, I would use it so that the enemy will trap inside and die :T_T:
How to defend against the technique:Destroy the walls before it completely forms. Escape from underground.
