There are tons of flaws in your thread I will just point out a few of them

1.Naruto never beat Pain there are tons of reasons he wasn't captured like he had info on Pains abiltys from Ma and Pa.Not to mention Pain was trying to capture Naruto not kill him.anyway Pain sacrificed his life to resurrect the people of Konoha so it ended at a standstill.

Madara has Rinnegan + Makuton + is edo + large amounts of Chakra + war experience your making him sound like some weakling lol.

Kabuto,Tobi,Nagato and maybe Hashirama could defeat Naruto he is strong definitely top 10 maybe even top 5 but he is not the #1​

Okay first of all.. Let me just say that Naruto would murder Kabuto.
Second of all, Naruto convinced Nagato to change his ways, and revive everyone he killed in Konoha, so whether it was verbally, or physically, Naruto won that fight! Fair and square, because if Nagato was as good as people are saying he is, he would have been able to capture Naruto. But he didn't. So Naruto won. End of that discussion.
