Nagato s counter to itachi s MS

Ok hi everyone i was re-reading the chapter(yes i re-read the chapter to look for small details XD) betwen nagato vs itachi and i found some interesting facts about itachi vs nagato. I m not trying to start the flames of war But let s begin

We see here that nagato used shinra tensei before he got hit With amaterasu

Chapter 550 page 3 if you don t belive me

However after he was hit with amaterasu he didn t absorb it with preta path and belive me i heard Someone said it was all nagato s plan not to suck up amaterasu so he can suck bee s chakra which is the bigest crap i v ever heard. We saw that nagato used shinra tensei before but why wait 5 secs to blow the flames away when he could have absorbed it with preta path and he was on autodefence

Now this is the most interesting fact that most people i belive didn t knew I found that when nagato was using CT his hand was regenerating but why ?

I actually found that it was susano that cuted that hand and nagato again didn t use preta path which to me the activation semse more automatic than nagato since it reacted to bee s atack and naruto s rasengan on itself but anyway here s the pic with proof that susano cuted the hand

Chapter 551 page 8 if you think i made some kind of edit or something go check the manga your self i gave the chapter now IMO preta path doesn t work on susanoo and amaterasu because from what i explained above it should be enough however its only my option tell me yours

You need to remember that Nagato is being controlled the whole time by Kabuto.

Nagato had no control over his body at all and he was on autodefence to react to enemy jutsu. Kabuto knew about all of his powers

Of course A ninja using his own powers however with the rinnengan its like six abillitys And he knew about them and with nagato s body he can use them as real however i seem to have missed the part were kabuto says he could use nagato s power to full capacity can you give me the manga link ?

Yup, you are right...

Nagato didn't counter Amaterasu as Edo Tensei cannot react to other Edo Tensei; refer to Trollkage trying to attack Muu.

He didn't repel or absorb Susanoo as:
1] Kabuto didn't know he can sense chakra.
2] Nagato regained control when he got stabbed and he was subject to not reacting to another Edo Tensei nor did he want to.


Nagato's counters to Itachi's MS:
- Tsukuyomi: don't look; sensing; potential resistance due to being a Rikudou.
- Amaterasu: Shinra Tensei and Preta Path.
- Susanoo: Same as the above, plus some other uses from his arsenal.

When he caught Bee was because of his Mechanical Techs not Preta.
He used Preta to absorb Naruto's Rasengan because he saw it coming.

He didn't use Preta on Itachi's Sussano because he was unaware of the assault from Itachi. Itachi cut off his line of vision with his summons then immediately attacked Nagato with no time to react.

So its not safe to say that Nagato isn't able to absorb Sussano.
