Kisame can beat Nagato, and other OP char.

Not Nagato, the summons and Bansho Ten'in + Human Path is win vs almost anyone.

Maybe someone like BM Naruto, since BM Naruto only has 5 minutes at the moment and if he absorbs his chakra he'll get a ton of extra stamina and take away 3 minutes or something from his time, so Kisame would probably beat BM Naruto.

Nagato has more variety of jutsu and several resources, so in the end Nagato would win.

Nice try, but Animal Path, and the other Paths, don't breathe. They're corpses being controlled. So I think he would "handle his ass being drowned" pretty well.

Oh. Okay. You obviously know Nagato's jutsu and how he fights. His regenerating dog, his manipulation of gravity, his absorption of all ninjutsu, his ability to rip out souls, his Soul Dragon technique. How do you think Nagato can lose to Kisame? By Kisame drowning him? He manipulates gravity and can absorb the chakra in Kisame's water. All Deva Path has to do is Almighty Pull and impale Kisame with his chakra receivers, and then the other Paths will jump on him too.
Also, what other OP characters do you think Kisame could beat?

A match with the two shinobi would be heavily in Nagato's favour. However if you wanna go power scaling then there's the "CT, gg" approach.

Lol he can't beat Itachi let alone Nagato. Nagato would beat him low-mid difficulty (probably low). Preta path and ST can counter pretty much anything Kisame throws at him. And CT = GG. Same goes for BT + Soul rip, as well as Gedo Mazo.
