As much as I like Minato, I think people are gonna rage from all the Minato threads :(.

But yes he would have made a difference because remember how he is able to take down loads of ninja within a matter of seconds like how he did in the 3rd war (Ithink it was 3rd war).

He would've destroyed so many zetsu's in an instant.

Against Madara yes. His barriers would have ended Madara ASAP. Madara wouldn't be able to fight A and Minato at the same time. Too much.

Plus Minatos Summons which are offensive unlike Tsunades defensive Slug

He'd be a bigger asset than people realize. He could more or less instantly communicate important intel across the 5 squadrons without having a whole group directed to communication - you only need one person to send a message to Minato. He'd be great against Zetsus and if he was still alive I'm sure he would've taught Naruto some sealing jutsus and other techniques for him to use in battle besides the rasengan. It would make a great difference.

Addition: And he could have sealed a bunch of the edo tensei shinobi.

Minato would be an extreme help, with his abilities he would be able to take out a lot of foes in a short manner of time and be able to stand as another general in the battle. He took on tobi and the nine-tails and managed to come on top, just like hashirama. only put madara where tobi was lol.

Either case, saying he wouldn't is retarded, especially when considering other villages ordered ninja's to run at the very sight of the Yellow flash!
