Shisui Uchiha​

now what i want to know is with in reference to Shisui there is only talk about his Kotoamatsukami...nothing is said about his other techniques..only his mastery of the body flicker technique.... Naa dont fuss me up on this one but what i need to overstand is this ability what Shisui had and the statment of it only being use every sum odd years.....uummmmm....hmmmm.well i would like to know if this was like Itachi's Tsukuyomi or like using izanagi or izanami..i dont know.....

I guess he tried the KA on Fugaku, cuzhe was the mastermind of the coup
but danzo stole his eye through unknown means ... your theory about Fu is plausible
Also i think that if his KA, which he used on Fugaku, had been a success , the Uchihas Wouldn't have rebelled ... The would be peace ...
but danzo wanted to eliminate uchihas and he was finding some or the other reason

Shisui has used it before, but not on Itachi, Danzou, or the Uchiha. He was stopped by Danzou before he can utilize it. Edvidence of him using KA was mentioned by AO, if I'm not mistaken. How many times he has used it KA during his years in ANBU (or living) is unknown.

What I got from it was that Danzo did not trust Shisui to use KA properly and so he stole his eye to prevent him.
I'm sure he could have done it with one eye though seeing that Danzo and Itachi did.

I think KA is a very subtle technique but can be escaped by victim awareness. Itachi overcame the command to protect the leaf and did not harm Sasuke. Mifune's awareness of it overcame it as well. Think Inception, it relies on the victim believing this is their own idea. Short answer, I think he did but it either didn't take or they were already under another influence perhaps

Nor do I. I think he just activated his MS before giving his eye to Itachi. OP, my reference to using it was with the clan leaders.

I think he used it not on Itachi but someone else, or why else Danzo wld take only one eye? He probably used it using one eye and the CD kicked in. So Danzo took the one that was not on CD. Also he said that Danzo will be back for his other eye which wld mean, that Danzo will be after him after the CD was over.
Also proof that the other eye was in CD is the fact Itachi didnt use it immediately or soon on Sasuke with 'protect konoha and kill Itach' command phase.

Plus remember Sharingan users can detect genjutsu.

Here is how it went down

Shisui: I must stop this madness! Forgive me!

Uses KA on Danzou and the council! Danzou manages to avoid it when a solider of Root jumps in and takes the blow for him!

Danzou: I will stop you for Konoha, Uchiha-scum!

Danzou then rips out Shisui's eye, thus breaking the effect it had on the elders and Sarutobi and saving the day. Danzou pockets the eye when they aren't looking and the rest is history.

3. Danzo took the eye for its power just like kabuto is concoction of DNA & jutsu.
4. He has hashirama DNA so he could use a little better that shisui himself.

Maybe, most probably no. From what we know of the jutsu: if Shisui used it, then the coup wouldn't be in planning.

Though it makes you wonder:
- Coup = bad for Konoha
- Shisui tries to use Koto to stop it
- Danzo stops Shisui from doing that
