3. Pain caused a lot of destruction to the leaf, it's not like he only killed pain because he's avenging jirayas death.

^True. I doubt Ma and Pa would've agreed to teach Naruto. It was already hard having to deal with the fact that Kurama didn't let them combine with Naruto to attain Sage Mode. Although I dig that Naruto doesn't get toad-like features in Sage Mode

Naruto advantages: Billions of clones, Fuuton: Rasen-Shuriken, Sage Jutsu
Jiraiya advantages: Experience, Rasengan w/o need of clones, Sage Jutsu, and of course the fact that he has a more variety of jutsu (fire, wind, oil, etc.)

^That's what I wanted!! However, I understand that they couldn't get any DNA due to his body being lost at sea. One part I didn't understand is that if Orochimaru had faced off against Jman alongside Kabuto, why didn't he get his DNA from his blood? :WTH:

Oh man you are digging old wound's, but i think Story wise it was neccesery for Master Jiraiya to go, it made Naruto grow and develop as a man, his view changed about the world,and he has grown stronger since then, and do not forget Jiraiya died a hero, a fitting death for a warrior like him.

^Yeah, just like Shikamaru, he learned about life. Of course, he learned Sage Mode, but other than that he matured as well.

Well someone important needed to die. We also got to see Pein's true power. Still when he first died I was like NOOOOOO!! but I don't care any more. I do believe that if Jiraiya stayed in the village it would be better because him, Kakashi and Naruto would be able to hold Pein off while Tsunade heals everyone.

jiraiya sama along with minato and naruto are the true heros of konoha they didn't kill innocent people to be heros ( itachi )
