i have finally found out the real identity of TOBI.
disregard all other theories you have heard to date:

TOBI IS RAMEN GUY.

nah jokes, i think he is actually some sort of empty shell of the 10 tails.
proof:
lets just say its his eyes that give him the power of space-time ninjutsu.
he was an uchiha who was infuriated by the peace between senju and uchiha. he was someone who wanted revenge. after activating his EMS which gave im the power to teleport he went to the moon and used the same technique orochimaru used to swith his mind into the empty body of the 10 tails.

after swithing bodies he returned to earth and swithed back into his old body... therefore he now has possession of the 10 tails body (the demon gedo mazo statues) he now wants to become the new sage and obtain all paths of the SO6P.... thats my theory...

i think Kagami is Tobi, because wasnt Kagami a student of the 2nd Hokage who knew the space time jutsu and could have taught it to Kagami, because in the battle between Minato and Tobi, Minato says that Tobi's space time jutsu is better than his and the 2nd hokage's and the 2nd hokage was also referred to as Tobirama in a Danzo flash back, Tobi=Tobirama and maybe Kagami is a son of either Izuna or Madara bent on revenge of what happened to his dad or uncle

I think Tobirama took DNA from Izuna, waited in hiding for 60 years, then stole adult Sasuke's sharingan and implanted one of them, saving the other for later use. Hear me out... then he traveled back in time, used Izuna's DNA and the medical jutsu he learned when he was hiding in the woods to partially revive Obito's fresh corpse. He then took Obito's completely crushed eye, poured what remained of it into a melon baller, and let that chill in the fridge for 30 to 40 minutes.
