If Sasuke didn't run away would he still be strong or would he be on a level as lets say kakashi
and if sasuke stayed would naruto be as strong as he is now or would he be on kakashi level

I think Naruto would have trained to become hokage and would have learned rasenshuriken too, and sooner or later SM , because Akatsuki was hunting for him regardless of sasuke , and Jiraiya would have died against Pain anyways, so Naruto would have learned SM too. And after that KM too. So IMO yes Naruto would still be strong

Sasuke would be slightly less stronger than Kakashi, or at most on par with him.
Naruto would be same strength as Sasuke/Kakashi, or even stronger.

Sasuke would have been very weak without oro's power, cursed seal and ms.he would have been no more than an average uchiha killable during the masacre. Naruto on the other hand has jiraiya who was already teaching him to control kurama,so yes he would still be strong and if sasuke didnt defect, he would of been captured/kidnaped by oro/tobi/kabuto cos of his potential to awaken ms,susano and rinnegan.
