This. And half of kuruma's chakra is sealed in minato RDS. You can't unseal chakra from a dead body. Only get jutsu's from dead body's unless you make them into puppets then you get both jutsu's and chakra.

The Charka/Soul thing you saw get pulled out of Kurama is part of his life force... I'm guessing it will take him a while to regain that much of his Chakra, but still possible, also it is stated that the Chakra Minato pulled out was specifically Yin Chakra, so since its not both Yin and Yang, i think the recover process might be sped up since it is only Yin and all Kurama does most of the time is sleep...
