Plot no jutsu is said when people think "OHHH NO MY FAVOURITE CHARACTER LOST, HOW CAN I FAP TO IT ANYMORE?, I KNOW I SHALL BLAME IT ON SOMETHING STUPID!" I mean come on, Naruto beating a tough enemy with shadow clones and rasengan isn't Kishi cheating the situtation or saying the characters weak, more that Naruto has outsmarted the enemy.
