I don't get this. Naruto can't turn into a full Kyuubi like Gaara and Shukaku can or Bee and Hachi, but Kyuubi can turn Naruto into an 8-tail version on accident?

No, when Kurama saw that Naruto got mad at Pain almost killing Hinata, Naruto's rage overcame him and he went six-tails. Naruto didn't know what to do, and Kurama saw it as an opening to get out, so he told Naruto to remove the seal so that he could have enough power to save Konoha.

I know, but what I'm saying is, he looked like the real Kyuubi side for missing some skin and fur. But when Naruto tries to control his power, he's all energy and charka and stuff. I know its because of the missing yang or yin chakra chakra, but then he shouldn't have been able to change like that.

Ohh. Well Naruto knows how to draw out chakra without having to go into tails mode. But when he gets angry it happens. In the Manga now he can go into Bijuu mode like Bee, Gaara.

i think its cause minato sealed hald of the power inside him and half went to naruto. but im not sure ;P
