If it's been too long then you can't edit it or if it's in the declined biographies section, you can't edit it.

You can't edit approved biographies and nobody cares about your wins and losses on your biographies.

Update every 2 months not every new jutsu. Or 1 month if you're impatient.

Yes.

Do not edit a bio after it's has been approved. Though normally it gets approved after you are able to edit anyways, however newer rper's with basic bio information may get approved before this happens and able to edit it. If your bio is approved don't edit the bio as you could potentially be running around with a bio with an approved stamp and have all kind of extra stuff you were not allowed to have. Also this is easy for anyone to find out if you had edited your bio since underneath the approved symbol it will automatically tag the "Last" person who edited that bio along with a time stamp. Simple rule to go on is to update your bio monthly or every two months. Also go by the date of the approved bio to count down on the days and NOT the day that you posted your bio.​

As long as the bio hasn't been approved yet, you can keep editing it until it is. However, once approved, you need to wait at least a month to update it. To do so, you redo the bio and post it once more for approval while posting a note in the end of the bio that clearly states something of the sort "This is an update to -insert link to original bio that is approved- " so that the mod who checks it can move the other bio to the proper section.
