What's up with these changes in the moon?

starting here, look at this decrepit moon.

has itachi and/or tobi casting a large range genjutsu?

then sasuke looks up at where Itachi was,

moon's normal. meaning in sasuke's eyes the moon that was ****ed up is looking normal. meaning maybe he was not under this large range genjutsu?

in two other pages kishi makes a point to show the sky... wonder why.

Reaching. also could explain why itachi/sasuke's parents are just chilling, kneeling down getting stabbed and not in a prolonged battle with itachi.

I think you're looking too much into small details. Because they cannot change the past, something like a different moon isn't going to affect things. It just means they didn't lift the pages out of the previous manga.

They don't put up a fight because they don't want to fight their beloved son. Even if they are gonna get killed by him. And itachi doesn't feel too good about it either, he is shown crying when grinding his teeth when he finally stabs them.

Really doubt kishi did this for no purpose

lol tobi/madara's ultimate plan consists of using a genjutsu that bounces off the moon on the entire world. is it crazy to think that tobi could use a wide range genjutsu/use it on a village...
