Well from what we know now we can eliminate all that are non-uchiha right ...
we have a few suspects :
1) Part of Madara's soul/ Part of Zetsu
2) Obito -___-
3) Future Sasuke
4)Random Uchiha
5) Izuna
1)We cant even say with 100% centantly that the rinnegan can transfer a bit of their persons soul into another . Also if indeed it was part of madara the real madara(edo) wouldnt have been surprised that the original didnt work and that he can back as an edo
2)It makes no sense to make a good guy like Obito to turn bad -___- He was only part of the Kakashi chronicles. not to mention he was far too young to be that old guy we see in the new manga
3) This is anpther thing that couldnt happen just beacause until now there is no tech. that lets you go into the past and change history . End Of That!
4) At this point of the story line kishi is unable to make a new character not to mention Fugaku already is known to be killed by Itachi
5) Now Izuna, im not saying its a 100% correct so dont flame it . But what im thinking is starting to make more and more sense. Well Madara was given izunas eyes, not taken like tobi said. The reason izuna gave them to madara was for the better of the clan. To protect izuna madara hid him from battle until he can get new eyes. They devised a plan to make nagato revive madara with madaras rinnegan gaven to nagato. When the uchiha masacre happened tobi still had no eyes but was powerful enough to kill people . He took a couple of eyes then . When he attacked Konoha nd minato hit him with the rasengan he was seriously injured and used zetsu cells to recover from the wounds that why we see zetsu parts on him . thats why we know so much about the uchiha nd so.
