This chapter gets a 5 from me. Itachi will be greatly missed.

i personally loved this chapter, so what if we had a general idea of what occured? weve never seen itachi's pain/anguish before, weve never seen him on the precipice of choosing damnation for his clan or for his village, and weve never new he actually talked to his parents before he killed them, and that they sympathized with their son, in a series where your pain is a driving in force pretty much everyones motivations we now understand itachi's a little bit better, weve seen things from his perspective, not danzo, not tobi, not sasuke, but the one at the center who had to make the real hard choices, i give it 5/5

Itachi is/was the greatest Naruto character ever. I was really emotional seeing the end where his parents actually allowed him to kill them, but not as emotional as knowing that I'll never see Itachi-sama again... Back to being a Sasuke fanboy like I was before Itachi was introduced into the series, I guess. :/

That was a great chapter he should not be mad atcthe leaf sarotobi wanted to talk and sgop the fighting he should go and kill tobi a.k.a obito and fight with Naruto anyway just for the hell of it as a fight just to see who's stronger as friends that's Wat I say like they did at the end of S-CRY-ED

"shut up mizukage!!" best part of the manga but yeah now we can narrow down tobi's identity and it reinforces my idea he is izuna.

A touching chapter. But actually this chapter showed things from Itachi's side. Not that I am complaining but after two weeks of waiting I was expecting a bit more. I guess its fitting that Madara disappears because apparently there is no one who can defeat Madara. Next week will be interesting.

I loved this one for alot of reasons, but for sure it's the WTF moment Sasuke is having with Itachi at the end. Sasuke has to be so freaking confused right now it's hilarious.

Yeah. Danzo didn't seem like nearly as much of a douche. For two minutes I kindah liked the guy. Strange, huh?

I thought a few times that Sasuke's hatred was just his way of taking the "easy" way out. Then again, that's what alot of people have done numerous times.

My favorite part is when Itachi talked to his mother and father. Specifically his father's reaction.

When we had the Danzo's past flashback i changed my idea of Danzo.
Indeed he was trying to protect his village. Can't agree with the method, but his heart was in the right place.

Sasuke's hatred is, for me, still the easy way out.
Sasuke could not face the truth reality and was beaten by his hatred.
Naruto, for instance, was able to overcome hate and his pain.

Fugaku recognizes that Itachi played the role of a shinobi. He realizes he was in pain but followed what he believed.
In our world such thing probably won't make much sense, but in the ninja world (narutoverse) it does.

Was a great chatper but i was expecting a little bit more like i thought that Itachi was going to try and do something to sasuke like place him under some kinda genjutsu i just counting the days till we find out who tobi really is

Seriously your not looking deep enough. Ofcourse Danzo wanted Itachi to kill off the Uchiha. Danzo had been doing those weird experiments and adding sharingans to his arm and head and all the other stuff. The last thing Danzo wanted is for the other Uchiha to be around when he made his move, much less be in control. If that would happen a village of Uchiha would easily defeat him. Plus with no Uchiha guarding the shrine he is able to walk in and learn their secrets like Izanagi. It was all his plan to get Itachi to kill off all the Uchiha so there would be noone to really challenge him. He thought then that Itachi's little brother would be no threat. Who would have thought Orochimaru would teach him all those jutsus and train him, or anything about Tobi.

For proof look at The page with Danzo talking to Itachi alone. He is already bandaged up. Which means all he needed is for the Uchiha to be gone and he could easily learn their secrets.
