Suigetsu and Umibozu are the same?

Sooooo, in the filler arc - the land of sea - there, the fishman and main protagonist - the scientist uses a summon of water called Umibozu,
This summon is basically just a giant heap of water held together with chakra.
What i noticed is that their form, and the technique itself is EXTREMELY similar to that of Suigetsu's ultimate water transformation (water release:demon fish) that he uses on Bee.

Yea they're just water held together with chakra. Oh wait Suigetsu is also Human =/

Nah anime is always forecasting something that will happen in the manga. I'm waiting for Naruto to use the techniques that Sora had

speaking of sora, technically arent there 2 9 tails if thats the case - and technically he could be a totally different kurama
just like kin and gin bro's
