This has obviously been spread out over many generations of both children, and there are some crossovers (Uzumaki = Senju wife) but this is the 'technical' breakdown of the family tree.

Where do Kin and Gin fit in this, we still don't know what clan they are from... I personally think they are Uzumaki. But the 4th Raikage said they were distant relatives of the sage. So they have to be apart of this family tree some how

True but you have people like kakashi saying the sharingan diverged from the byyakugan, I don't believe that exactly but it had to have some meaning.

Also the sharingan and the byakugan are the only other two doujutsu's they most likely came from the elder son but yh as you said there is no solid proof.

There's no proof of the Hyuuga clan being part of this tree. Along with that, the Uzumaki are not direct descendants of the Sage, they are distant relatives of the Senju (thus they are barely related to the Sage) that somehow retain the "body of the Sage" with their incredible longevity and life force.
