So...how strong do you think sasuke would be had he stayed in the leaf?

Lets say naruto still went with jiraya and sakura went with tsunade....leaving sasuke and kakashi one on one.

Now I understand that oro is much stronger than kakashi,but what did he learn besides a few snake jutsu and oros replacement tech?

In part 1, kakashi trained him to achieve speed it took lee years to get in one moth.

Sasukes best ability at the beginning of the TS was without a doubt chidori. Look at how he mastered the control over creating lightning bases weapons,senbon and a very dangerous defensive tech,chidori nagashi. Lets not forget that kakashi also has the sharigan,which I think he understands it better than oro,took his MS despite not being a full blooded uchiha. Not to mention kakashi has 4 nature types,sasukes natural ambition and will to get stronger plus the fact that kakashi has said that sasuke was his favorite student,i think its a good possibilty of him coming out the leaf probably even with the MS. what do you guys think?

I've never really understood what Orochimaru had to offer that no one in the Leaf had.

He'd probably have more variations of lightning jutsu and fire jutsu maybe even a third nature type, but he may not ever achieve ms because he might not of had the will to do it, him turning evil was the only motivation he had to kill his brother which gave him his ms and ems

He would be like part 2 Sasuke (prior absorbing Orochimaru) - Sasuke self taught himself everything. This includes things like Kirin and mastery over the curse seal.
In addition to that he'd also have the Mangekyou Sharingan with Kakashi overseeing his development.

So Sasuke in Konoha would be one with MS and CS. He may also end up with the EMS.

I take this as meaning Sasuke would have been strong either way, really. One difference being - assuming he never gets caught by Tobi in this situation - he'll never know the truth about Itachi.

If he stayed in the leaf, he would still be strong cause hes an Uchiha, but most likely not as strong as he is now. In fact I KNOW he won't be as strong.

It's kind of like asking how strong naruto would be if he wasn't shunned as a kid

So what other uchiha besides sasuke and madara who used hatred for fuel to get stronger? Itachi is a pacifist yet hes easily one of the top 3,if not top 2,strongest ninjas in the anime. And if im not mistaken the whole uchia clan wanted peace thats why madara left the leaf. Dont assume that the clans power comes from hatred especially considering the were only 2 known uchiha to use hate.
