If ino hit's the mind body she take's this one, and remember people that Sakura had 2 souls in her body in first part,and naruto helped her, but in 2nd she does not has 2 souls, and even if she has, ino is more stronger then before, on the other hand Sakura can kill Ino with a single Punch (But she is to soft to kill a friend).

Ino's mind transfer jutsu is useless if Shikamaru isn't holding the opponent with his Shadows. Sakura knows about the jutsu, she won't just stand still.
