Reaching Sunagakure
History:

At the beginning of his journey, Eragon was just like all other shinobi. He started out at the academy, lived a normal life, played with friend and all of the usual things. He progressed through life as an ordinary kid. Despite all that, he found at a young age that he wasn't fit for the life he was leading in Konoha, being a part of the Akimichi clan, but his dad had left before Eragon had grew up, leaving him with no one to teach him the techniques. He set out in the world, exploring things and living the life he wanted to live.
The PursuitWandering through the world, Eragon came to meet a lot of interesting people. The first person he met was a man named Akisha. He was interested as he saw the man performing water techniques he had never seen before, and asked if he could be taught. Akisha agreed and taught him all he could know about the water element.
Further on in time, he stumbled upon the great Tenzo. He befriended Tenzo, and meditated with him, following him around all over the place. One night, there was a huge, dark storm. Eragon was fascinated by the storm, and always had found lightning interesting. It was then that Tenzo decided to teach him in the arts of raiton. However, Tenzo had to leave on a mission, but left Wesobi's tutoring in the hand of Gobi Goblettson, who they had met up with earlier. Now having polished in skill, Eragon went through life polishing his skills. He sparred with other shinobi's he came by, and studied what his previous mentors had taught him. At a certain point, he was hunting in a forest known as The Spine. There, he met the great warrior named Hellsbadass. Apparantly, Hells was looking for someone he wanted to get revenge on because that person escaped his rape. Little did the victim know no one escapes Hells' rape. Eragon followed Hells around, wandering through the forest. Apparantly, the forest was a part of The land of Dragons. As Hells was searching for his victim, Eragon scouted around their camp. As he was hunting for a deer with his bow, he noticed an oval, sapphire-like blue stone with white veins running through it.
He approached the stone and picked it up, thinking it might be of value to buy food when he was back in town, so hee took it back to camp with him. Once at the camp, the egg started to rumble and shake. Eragon locked his eyes on it, ready to intervene if needed. The egg suddenly burst open, and a small lizard-like head popped out of it. Eragon then realized, it must have been a dragon egg and it had just hatched for him! He stared at the majestic creature, wondering if it could understand it. The dragon itself looked confused as well, not knowing what this awkward being in front of her was doing. Eragon extended his right hand, and gently bend forward, reaching out forward towards the being. At first, the dragon was reluctant, but after a few seconds it arched its neck forward. As eragon touched it, he felt a sting. The feeling was as if a river of ice cold water rushed through his hand. He looked at his hand, and saw that it was marked at the center. Yet, it was not a normal burn wound, but rather a silver-like star that was engraved into his hand. Without knowing it himself, he had a created a bond with the dragon like few before him had ever done. As the dragon slept in his lap, Hells returned to the camp. He looked at disbelief when he saw Eragon with the dragon tucked in between his legs. Realizing what happened, he explained about how people before him had done the same, and had formed a bond with the dragons like no other humans did. He explained to Eragon that he was now a rider, and had to take great care of his dragon. He suggested a couple of names of other dragons that had lived before this one, and realized he would ask the dragon later what the creatures name was. But then Hells revealed a terrible secret to him. There was another rider, named Galbatorix who ruled over the land of the dragons. This rider had killed all other riders out of lust for power, and because his own dragon had died. Eragon would have to deal with this as time passed on, but for now, He and Hells worked on his Rider skills.
Several nights later, when it was Hells' turn to to go hunting, Eragon suggested several names to the dragon.
After the revelation of her name, the two of them waited for Hells to return and ate.

Several nights later, when it was Hells' turn to to go hunting, Eragon suggested several names to the dragon.
He mentally ran through the list Brom had given him
until he found two names that struck him as heroic, noble, and pleasing to the ear.
“What do you think of Vanilor or his successor, Eridor? Both were great dragons.”
No, said the dragon. It sounded amused with his efforts.
Eragon.
“That’s my name; you can’t have it,” he said, rubbing his chin. “Well, if you don’t like those, there are others.”
He continued through the list, but the dragon rejected every one
he proposed. It seemed to be laughing at something Eragon did not understand, but he ignored it and kept suggesting names. “There was Ingothold, he slew the . . .”
A revelation stopped him. "That’s the problem! I’ve been choosing male names. You are a she!"
"Yes." The dragon folded her wings smugly.
Now that he knew what to look for, he came up with half a dozen names. He toyed with Miremel, but that did not fit—after all, it was the name of a brown dragon. Opheila and Lenora were also discarded. He was about to give up when he remembered the last name Brom had muttered.
Eragon liked it, but would the dragon?
He asked.
“Are you Saphira?” She looked at him with intelligent eyes. Deep in his mind he felt her satisfaction.
"Yes." Something clicked in his head and her voice echoed, as if from a great distance. He grinned in response.
Saphira started humming.

Training Vigorously!

Over the course of the next few months, the three of them trained vigorously. Eragon also noticed the spectacular growth in Saphira's size. Where she had once been a little (albeit not so helpless) dragon, she had now grown up to the point where eragon could easily sit on here back. Hells had decided to leave them at this point, as he had other things to do. He let Eragon know that if it ever seemed as they could not survive on their own, they had to head to Sunagakure, where they would find help in oppressing Galbatorix. He also let Eragon know that they would meet again, and told them to watch over each other's backs.
Although this saddened Eragon deeply, he knew Hells had his reasons, and so they exchanged their farewells. They continued there journey through the Land of Dragons, where they learned amazing new things. They soon realized however, that things were not safe for a Rider and his dragon. They soon were chased by Galbatorix his evil minion, up to the point where there was no escaping them anymore. Eragon tried to fight back with all the jutsus he knew, and Saphira with tooth and claw, but the enemy's numbers were too great. They had to leave the land of dragons for a safer place.

Meeting Jinbei!

As soon as they left the land of the living, they set up camp. It was there that a stranger walked up on Eragon, where if it was not for Saphira, he might as well have been killed. The stranger was named Jinbei. As it turned out, Eragon and Jinbei got along amazingly. They discusses what ever came to mind, and were on the same wave-length on a lot of the subjects they discussed. Jinbei at a certain point offered Eragon to teach him the ways of the Earth. Eragon gratified him for this and they labored hard over the course of the next months, drilling in all he could about the subject. As a result of this, Eragon came to like the earthen element the most of all the ones he had learned, and felt the most comfortable when using this element. They spent another long time working on Eragon's psychic abilities, learning him how to shield himself from people entering his mind, and learning him how to assault other people as well. He continued training with Jinbei, but realized it was time for him and Saphira to move on, as they had to reach Sunagakure. They gave their goodbye's yet again, but kept in contact along the journey, knowing that Jinbei was a friend and mentor for life.
Along the way to Suna, het met up with several other people who taught him elements and tricks, such as Toku, Nocturnal, Kagutsuchi and so on. Before he went to Sunagakure however, he entered Konohagakure, his old village. A lot had changed since he left there, and he noticed the changes. He was greeted by one of the councelors at the time, named Scorps. As with Jinbei, he got along with Scorps extremely well. It was as if they were brothers in all but blood. During the time spent in Konoha, they both sparred and practiced, under Saphira's watchful eye. It wasn't long though, before Eragon realized yet again that he could not make this place his home, but had to go to Sunagakure to reach it.
As Saphira and him were about to leave Konoha at night, they were stopped by Scorps. Eragon told Saphira to stay out of it, as it was his battle. The battle raged on for what seemed like forever. Neither seemed to be able to get the upper hand in the fight. The fight would have continued until the reinforcements had arrived, if it were not for The Pervy Sage. He summoned a giant Balrog, that stopped Scorps and told him to let us leave, or it would destroy Konoha. Scorps agreed, and Eragon promised they would meet each other again, even though it pained to leave.
The Pervy Sage was apparantly going to Suna himself. They spent night hunting and travelling together, only to find out that he was Eragon's Father, and a previous rider himself. His dragon however, which was named Saphira and was the namesake of Eragon's dragon, had died in battle. He continued to train Eragon and Saphira as a rider, and explained he was going to Sunagakure himself to find help in opposing Galbatorix.
