i think the pain that uses almighty push has some control over gravity so he probably defy/reversed it to float above the city

i think onooki uses his particle style and manipulates the particles around him or the particles hes made out of to allow him to fly..just a guess i'm kinda confused on how that works too

Onoki uses his light weight rock technique to make himself lighter than air so he can float/fly.
