OT: Hidan is kinda strong. But he doesn't have too much going for him compared to the rest of Akatsuki.

Compared to the rest of the Akatsuki he may look weak, but his jutsu is kinda amazing even though you would have to be insane to stab yourself and laugh like he did. He can survive any attack, so if he gets your blood and he is not decapitated he will pretty much win, if he was smarter than he is he would be one of the best.
