Actually pretty good! However, I think a darker background with fit this better(he also looks a little pink). Also, what's with the red slash on one of his hair strands? It's bugging me lol.

Edit: You should also give it a background like my current avatar instead due to the hair. It looks like it's overlapping the border. Aside from all that, I really like this one.

Nahh, I'm bored so I don't mind. Well, there's no "background", because his clothes are that white/blueish stuff in the bottoms left and right corner. So if you're asking me to change that then I'll have to edit this as well xD.. Here's the new border. Although it's probably not as good as your current one because I'm not too good with borders yet.
