Amaterasu is special ability of itachi and susanoo requires pair of eyes so not a chance

kakashi is improving. but the powers of MS differ. it's uncertain kakashi is capable of using amaterasu. susanoo is out of question because you need 2 MS for that one.

however MS isn't kakashi's only weapon. in the war we saw that he built a huge stamina. he fought 7 swordsmen for a whole day and then he took 2 bijuus along with guy. that's at least three times more of what he could do before :|
plus in almost every fight we see something new from kakashi.

against deidara, kamui, not complete though
against hidan, kakuzu, 6 chidori's two of them being at the same time with both hands and still have the juice to continue. even though he said 4 was his limit in part 1.
against pain, a medium range version of chidori plus pin-point aim with kamui
in the war, hell of a rise in chakra, streaming lightning through swords, master swordsmenship, and chidori chain technique.

what more is to say. if the series continues for 3-4 more arcs kakashi will even be stronger than some of the current kages.

Average has their prime around 40-50 like Jiraiya,Orochimaru,Tsunade,Danzo,Hiruzen etc...Even Madara got his rinnegan before he die.
About kakashi, he's around the age of the sannins when they fought hanzo.And i can say that for 30 years old he's very good. I hope that kishi will put him more in manga or make a timeskip to show some new improvement from all main characters.

I'm pretty positive he won't be able to unlock Susanoo, you need the sharingan in both eyes for that. However, Amaterasu only requires 1 sharing an and I thought the abilities Susanoo, Amaterasu, and Tsukuyomi were all common among MS'(even if they are very hard to obtain) and then individuals might have separate powers. Kakashi has Kamui, Shisui had Kotoamatsukami, and so on..

Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu come from different eyes, so Kakashi could potentially only unlock one of them(Supposedly anyways..)
