Even though sasuke had killed him. He had left traces of his chakra in many who possess his cursed seal, eg. Juugo. We saw oro coming out of the mouth his 8 headed serpeant when sasuke was drained of all his chakra even though he was dead.
The best example of his immortality is that he still lives inside kabuto as he had consumed his flesh. Who would have thought at the beginning that he would turn out to be the main villain.
Well i still wonder how sasuke had killed him who had mastered the immortality jutsu nd was fairly immortal. We have seen his real serpeant body though. As far as i can remember, sasuke only put him under a genjutsu nd how he was killed was nt shown.
Dont get me wrong. I hope u all understand. ;)

For the last time, Orochimaru isn't sealed he evaded being sealed and got killed by Amaterasu! Itachi failed to seal him. Hense why he could come back.
On the other hand it's only fair to say that I also believe that he won't.

he was sealed, a PORTION of him escaped and was burned by ameratsu, but his SOUL was sealed...
thats the point of Oro's immortality, he can regenerate himself from even the smallest parts - but without those parts - he's sealed.

That's pure speculation. Oro was target of sealing two times. The first time he got part of himself sealed and escaped eventually regenerating to full extent. The second time I have no reason to believe it was any different. He escaped hidden like a small white snake. Then got killed, which means he is DEAD and not sealed.

I went through this in countless threads already. I'm not gonna break it for y'all again.

Yeah, I believe his soul is sealed too. I don't care if a small snake was trying to get away and burned, that seems more like a bodily defense function or something.

Same could be said about the inverse. Also the fact that you don't care doesn't change the fact that it is what happen.

well, again, he can regenerate from small amounts of himself - but hes yet to regenerate from kabuto and the DNA he has gathered - thats the point of his almortality tho.

Again, the majority of his soul has been sealed, he's either totally sealed or there were 'two orochimaru souls' for a portion of time (until the snake was burned) but there is indefinitly no way that the whole of Oro's soul was in that single white snake. and even so, that would be a PORTION of him that got burned - with the majority of himself being sealed, throw around how many times youve 'broken this down' it doesnt change that he was sealed.

I agree with you buddy :) I don't see why his soul has to be split like everyone said, the totsuka sword started sealing his body, the snake splits off with his soul in it, Oro makes his escape. Until being killed by a random falling flame >.<

So say you. I could make the argument that only a tiny part of himself got sealed into the blade, whereas he injected the majority of his soul into that small white snake. You could have said that he got sealed if that little serpent didn't get out, but since it did then you can not say he's sealed. You can say he is dead!

If he can split his soul of into individual cells etc with his actual soul in it, then why isnt he coming back now, while hes in kabuto. sick of this.:sy: he was SEALED, Totsuka blade seals a person's soul after someone is pierced, what does it matter if one portion of him was split off, his soul was sealed.

I think Kishi's a just troll and he did this just so we could all argue about it xd

There is your error in conception. Pull of a single manga scan that say Totsuka sword is a soul sealing blade. I'll save you the trouble, there isn't.

The blade seals everything it touches but clearly it has a max on the flux it can seal. That gave Oro enough time to "eject". If Kishi wanted us to think otherwise then he wouldn't have drawn all of those panels.

The reason why Oro hasn't come back as of yet is:
A - He is dead.
B - everybody thinks he is sealed, they didn't see the snake escaping.
C - the only person who could find out by trying to bring Oro back to life is the one who gained more with him not being around, Kabuto.

Firstly, totsuka seals a persons soul after they have been peirced, irrelevant,
please provide proof that Totsuka has a 'limit' to the amount/speed of/on a person it can seal.
yes Oro 'ejected' to give a hint that Oro might come back, which was revealed in the next chapter to be burned i beleive. (correct me if im wrong please :) ) to dash that hope.

against your arguement.
A - hes not coming back because you cant escape being sealed
B - people who didnt see that snake are morons, people who acknowledge it but debate if it contained the entirety of Oro's being are knowledgeable and worth listening to (both of us for even having this debate :p)
C - Kabuto used "oro's" DNA to recreate his body within his own (using the ability of the twins to morph his cells together).
All of these people's souls are either 'dead' - the sound 5. Or are sealed (and have merely become soulless bodies within Kabuto) - thats why when Oro's head flung out - his body - his soul never took control. His soul had been sealed and could not be brought back by edo - whilst his body could be scientifically regenerated (most likely) through use of Erasumas Darwin's theory of spontaneous regeneration.

I can not prove a negative with a manga scan. That's why I asked you for a manga scan where it says Totsuka sword seals Souls specifically. And told you, you wouldn't find one because that's not what the blade does. The Blade seals everything it touches. Not only souls, everything. And puts everything it seals under genjutso. Now it clearly did not seal everything it touched as the snake got out, not to mention that Sasuke was inside that mess too and didn't got sealed either. That's why, like everything else in Narutoverse, the blade is over hyped by the characters.

Now to the speed, what is speed? You can define the speed of an event, example a sword sucking in a giant 7 headed snake and divide the mass of said snake by the time it took to be sealed, it wasn't instantaneous, so that gives you something like pounds per second. Just an example. That would define the speed of the sealing.

yes Oro 'ejected' to give a hint that Oro might come back, which was revealed in the next chapter to be burned i beleive. (correct me if im wrong please :) ) to dash that hope.

So you said it yourself he ejected so that he could escape being sealed, and he succeeded. Only to get accidentally killed by amaterasu. For Oro that was end of the line. He failed to survive that day it was his end. Just like the end came to Madara years before, and to Zabuza on Naruto's Bridge and for all of the other dead that were brought back to the living world by Edo Tensei, which I'm sure would not be qualified as a success by Orochimaru. He didn't wanted to die he wanted to escape with his life. But he got killed.

So he evade being sealed but he got killed. That's what Kishi showed us.

Now every body in Naruto verse thinks that Itachi sealed Orochimaru, we the readers are the ones who know he didn't.

And the only person who could find out if Oro is dead rather than sealed is not interested in reviving Oro as he assimilated Oro into himself already.
