i think he still isnt experienced enough in these S-rank techniques..as he will need more training since he got EMS..he hasnt fought anyone serious...so yeah i think he will have jutsu similar to itachi's but with slight variations remember with amataresu...itachi could just use it but sasuke could control and manipulate the balck flames recognised by Shee Raikage's one of the bodyguard which escorted him to the kage summit.

Izanami and Izanagi make you go completely blind. Whatever eye you used to perform either technique is forever sealed. Having the ability to spam those techniques would make the user truly invincible - Kishimoto is not doing that any time soon.

But seriously i think that Sasuke's new power up will be him getting the rinnegan, think about it, why in the world Kishi will go as far as to say that rinnegan is the next stage of Ems, I think this whole Madara awakening rinnegan thing, is a plot and explanation for Sasuke to get that power.
