1.so6 3rd son who got sharingan and bodypower
2.the remains of the juubi turned into tobi
3.orichimarus experiment on combining izuna and obitos sharingan
4.tobi killed the sharingan village and not itachi but itachi took the blame
5.tobi exists from the time of the 1st as he knows a lot about everything

I like the Idea of Tobi being Uchiha Kagami, but at the same time the motive isn't really there. I mean he was a student of Tobirama's who gave his life for the Hidden Leaf and always strived to maintain peace.

I know Tobi has stated he is doing this for peace as well...but I don't think it's what Tobirama had in mind...
