Hey guys. As everyone knows. Neji from Team Guy became a jounin over the time skip. He is powerful and a great strategist. However, while he may be stronger or as strong as other Jounin, he hasn't had the chance to have his own genin team and remains on Team Guy with another jounin and two chunins. At first i thought it was just because he enjoyed it, but now im started to think that there a more practical reason, being that he is only 17. What do you all think?:shrug:
