Sasuke needs Perfect Susanoo & OP moves

Sasuke needs Perfect Susanoo, honestly. I mean his current power won't help him get far against Naruto. Naruto has OP moves that will knock Sasuke out. I still want to see his EMS full power. I hope Kabuto fights him. Since Madara has OP moves. Sasuke should get a few of his own.

Here's a set of jutsu im gonna make up for sasuke. Choose set 1 or set 2.

Set 1- Perfect Susanoo, Izanami, and Izanagi.
Set 2- Rinnegan, Perfect Susanoo, Izanagi, and Amaterasu Meteor.

I go with set 2.

But anyways, I really don't see a reason for why Sasuke would need Izanami. And I think that Rinnegan is a little too much to try to get on par with Naruto. I think once hes got his EMS skills down and and a decent susano/perfect susano, then he'll be equal to good ol' Naruto.

Well i mean perhaps the Rinnegan is lame for Sasuke to obtain. I mean all the Rinnegan users have failed against Naruto, except Edo Nagato. A decent Susanoo won't help him against Naruto, because Naruto has probably full power bijuu and he might get an upgrade for all we know. If you add that up, Sasuke doesn't stand a good chance. I added Izanami only because Sasuke the technique was explained by Itachi. So who knows he might learn and use it on someone later.

We know that Naruto will surpass Sasuke at the end of the series. So what's the point in debating this? I'm just trying to put it out there. Sasuke needs better powers than the one he currently possesses. I would like Naruto to be the next SO6P.
