SUIGETSU WITH HIS WATER TECHNIQUES AND THE GREAT CLEAVER, JUUGO WITH THE STRENGTH OF HIS CURSED SEAL. WHO WOULD WIN?
I WOULD SAY SUIGETSU THOUGH IT WOULD BE A TOUGH FIGHT AS ONE CANT WIN ONLY WITH BRUTH STRENGTH. SUIGETSU CAN ALSO TRANSFORM INTO WATER, SO HE IS PRACTICALLY UNTOUCHABLE. ALSO KISAME TOLD HE IS MORE BETTER IN USING THE GREAT CLEAVER THAN ZABUZA THOUGH I DO NOT THNK ITS TRUE. xd

most people say suigetsu but you're forgetting that suigetsu's greatest weakness is ...dehydration so all juugo has to do is use his laser blasts on the back of his CM lvl 2 form and burn suigetsu enough that he loses moisture so when he can't liquidize anymore juugo can finish him off xd

You guys forget jugoo has a chakra based bomb too. We saw sui after Tbb.. I mean juggo's stuff is not that strong but he could use chakra beams and turn him to mush like the tbb did. Also ask yourself this.. What can Sui do against Juggo?
