Who is the best Wind User?

dat rasen-shuriken is very very advanced change in chakra form, i dont see how naruto would have any problems learning any wind jutsu after he completed rasen-shuriken

(imo) It's out of these three for me:
Naruto is the strongest when using Wind attacks.
Danzo has a lot of attacks in the Wind Release area and also is the most skilled in it out of the three.
Temari is also very skilled in it, it's what she specializes in.
Asuma and everyone else listed are also really talented using Wind Release but it's between these three Ninja's for me, actually I now think Naruto is above Danzo and Temari..

In terms of versatility:
1. Danzo - Uses them with weapons and has the most wind techs.
2. Temari - Can use them to counter projectile attacks. Changing the landscape to give her an advantage. Slicing the enemy and their defenses.
3. Naruto - Only uses a couple of very similar wind techniques.

In terms of Power:
1. Naruto - Rasenshuriken is an S ranked technique with a huge radius capable of cellular destruction.
2. Danzo - Was able to give even Sasuke's susanoo some trouble.
3. Temari - Can destroy a huge portion of trees in a 100 m radius easily in part 1. Now her wind is stronger than steel.

In terms of Speed:
1. Temari - No need for hand signs she just swings her fan and BOOM
2. Danzo - A few hand seals and can use any wind tech he wants.
3. Naruto - His rasenshuriken requires a huge amount of time to prepare.

In total:
Danzo: 7
Temari: 6
Naruto:5

Right now Danzo is arguably the best wind user but Temari and Naruto are still young.
They will surpass Danzo in the future especially Temari who specializes in wind techs.
