Do u mean summoning the person twice at the same time.
Or do u mean resummon him again?

1. Should be impossible due to the fact the jutsu needs the soul of dead.
2. Idk if it wasn´t sealed probably

Yes, Kabuto has already Summoned Madara twice, once in front of Tobi to show as leverage and then in the battle against the Kages.

I reckon he actually summoned all of akatsuki twice. Once the human sacrifice is done I don't see why he can't summon them over and over.

On the other hand I question about Kabuto's ability to summon them if they are sealed. Like Deidara he was inside that coffin. I think Kabuto could have summoned him to his side to get him out, but then again he didn't so maybe he can't.

If they have not been sealed id guess so but that would make the whole kabuto fight a plothole. Since he could just summon them again. So i guess plot no jutsu will say no u can´t ^^

I do not think they can be resummoned now that Itachi cancelled the Edo Tensei if that's what you're asking. That'd be too lame.

i suppose if the edo tensei is released this does not mean the souls are sealed but released back to where they were from therefore yes i am assuming you can resummon them again , just as long as they arent sealed the soul is free and can be used in the edo tensei

I've been wondering about that, why didn't Kabuto release Deidara then resummon him? like in Turtle Island.

but then again he didn't so maybe he can't.

But in the latest manga Itachi released all edos including the sealed ones.
Now I'm confused. Kabuto should've release all sealed edos then resummon them. But why he just let Deidara (and others) shackled like that.

I have the feeling we will eventually learn about this. Kabuto is way to intelligent to let this one slide. If he could summon them back and he didn't he must have had a good reason to do so. Otherwise it will mean that he can only summon them back into their coffins if they are not sealed.

from what i think he can resummon the souls but he will need another living sacrifice to do that. so by releasing them it would take a while to get another sacrifice and to do the ritual.
