Neji, Pein, or Itachi

I'm voting for Neji if it's Taijutsu only. ^^

Cos the other 2 have good Taijutsu but they excel in the others while Neji excel in Taijutsu itself.. and Itachi comes 2nd closely while Pein is 3rd..

This is strictly taijutsu, no rods are allowed besides hand-to-hand combat.

One chakra enhanced palm can send pain flying. Neji completely outclasses pain in taijutsu. One doesn't need to be strong to be good in taijutsu.

When it comes to taijutsu Neji is no fodder. The only one capable of holding his own against neji is itachi

-oh, deva path gets weapons? that seems cool, considering its a taijutsu fight

-dont let it slip your mind that deva path is a dead body with chakra flowing through it, what do you think would happen if deva path strikes out at neji and gets the chakra points in his limb shut down? that limb would stop moving, if anything hes the most handicapped in this fight

They can both use their doujutsu. They aren't considered ninjutsu or genjutsu which are other battle styles that can't be used. The sharingan and byakugan are just eyes with certain abilities and hence are not restricted in this fight.

Gentle fist is a taijutsu because is uses chakra to damage the body instead of usual punches and kicks. Just because something uses chakra doesn't mean it is ninjutsu.

the rods pump chakra into his bodys already existing chakra network so to manipulate the body , the network is not something that just disappears when you die, its intertwined with the extremities/major organs/nervous system

All Pain could do against Hinata is dodge. He only beat her because he was using shinra tensei but if he had the nerve to strike back using taijutsu, he would have been smacked up by twin lion fists.

i dont know guys this is a tough one, i would go with neji high difficulty but then again pain's body cant feel pain at all so he wont be slowed down like the others...

There would be two option IMO.
1 (If rinnegan, byakugan and sharingan are allowed) Nagato rapes everyone up the poop chute.

2 (No eye techniques) I have to go with Neji on this one, because he's the best taijutsu fighter of the bunch.
