Who wins? I'd say a healthy Nagato could take it if he has Gedo Mazo (to take their souls), CT could maybe even solo. Banshou Tenin and Human path = gg also.

It's not even certain whether it would affect Nagato. Also this technique is useless in battle.

The fight could go either way. Can the phantom dragon rush steal the soul of someone behind susanoo. Without susanoo though they would get pulled to nagato and killed.
