He is mainly a melee user. With a really cool sickle that deceives the opponent.

He "kills" himself for no apparent reason

He can use Talk no Jutsu even when he is only a head.

I agree with you, he's immortal and he can connect his immortal body with others body to kill them... most ninja could take him on easily, imagine him v.s. Gaara or someone with Raiton armor, or any Akatsuki member... He's the weakest member IMO and I think even Konan could take him, but that would be a close match.

He would be really annoying opponent, Imagine this, you're hitting him but still laughing, saying Lord Jashin Lord Jashin then you'll be more annoyed and one blood stain, it's over but for current fights they are too op for any shinobi... But about akatsuki thing, he's really really suitable for akatsuki because of their main objective is capturing Tailed beasts, he's really usable for this. You can not say it.

No way in hell he is weak, he can be a terrible opponent to anyone who is unaware of his power's and take's him lightly.
