So who's the main villain?

At this point, is it Tobi or Madara? OR Sasuke? I'd say Tobi.

Madara - The name that has stricken fear in many. The name Tobi used to achieve infamy. The guy Tobi intended to revive anyway. One of the co conspirators of the Moon-Eye Plan, and the most infamous Uchiha. The one who confronted the "myth" Hashirama himself.

Tobi - The masked man who's always been here, behind the scenes. The one who intends to complete the Moon-Eye Plan at all costs. The man who intends to become the Juubi's vessel. The man with the biggest mysteries behind him, and the man currently confronting Naruto.

OR

Sasuke - Naruto's biggest rival and friend. The one who intends to destroy Konoha.

I don't see Sasuke getting his head straight to help out Konoha at all seeing Itachi has unintentionally pushed him into revenge against Konoha, so with that said I would say Sasuke is going to be the main villain after him or naruto defeats Tobi.

I dont care about sasuke
naruto can handle him at any point of time but Tobi and Madara are out of Narutos reach now

Tobi for now but Sasuke has the potential to become the main villain after Tobi's eventual defeat.

What Sasuke can do to pose a threat:
1. Unlock perfect susano and rennigan.
2. Revive the uchicha clan using Edo Tensei.
3. Get Jugo to master snake sage mode to become very strong.
4. Take control of the sound village.
5. Make Amegakure think that he is the second coming of pein using his rennigan.
6. With the combined forces of Ame and Oto he can take Konoha down.
