personally though the ramen guy annoys me hes abit over posted if you ask me, was funny a couple of times in posts, still is in certain circumstances but sometimes its just pmo lol i'm from new zealand btw since you wanted to know people from other countries opinions

Really tho, the ramen guy is pretty cool in the anime, and was probably the first person to make naruto happy, on top of that he consistantly made the young naruto happy with his amazing ramen. The ramen guy should get more respect imo
