1. Tsunade is over 50 and cant have children anymore. (Also anyone wont even touch her REAL FORM)
2. While Tsunade is graddaughter of Hashi, Karin is from Uzumaki clan itself.
3. Blood always dont matter: Even in uchiha clan only select few cld awaken the sharingan.

There are very few chances of a sucessful birth also as usually women get their menopause at about forty years or at early fifties at most. Show one woman who is over fifty and shriveled and yet had children? Also Tsunade's real body is more or less shriveled wld create complications.

why would she need mokuton? all i care about is the dna!
so he could also have a kid with kirin if your gonna be that picky

Tsunade not having Mokuton is the proof that her dna is not in tune with Hashi much. Yes potential of such a child wld be endless but not confirmed: Sage himself was not a child of someone more powerful than Sage.
