Style layed back casual- sandals,sort of like an attire like natsu's from fairy tail

My character would be a team player even though he's arrogant he gets the job done

Chakra Nature: Wind and Fire, Scorch release Kekkai Genkai

Personality: Very chill and always napping, but serious when needs to be. Much like shikamaru except without the "what a drag" stuff.

Appearance: Tall and lean, shaggy brown hair, a nice 5 'o clock shadow all the time ha.
Almost always chewing on something.

Weapons: Creates small daggers of fire from palms. Can change the length, heat, width, etc as he so chooses during fights.

Fighting Style: Prefers taijutsu and his fighting style seems to look just like a mix of capoeira and kickboxing. One of his most distinguishable traits is his extreme speed.

Uses his Fire release to make weapons(preferably two small daggers) of fire to wield. Uses his wind release to change size and heat of these weapons drastically at a moments notice and also making these weapons explosive if need be.


Jutsu:
Fire Style: Personal Fury ( a release that allows taijutsu to be made much more effective by emitting fire or scorch release from kicks, punches, elbows, etc.) Can also completely cover hands and feet with fire for a more advanced release of the same jutsu.

Fire Style: Giant Fireball jutsu

Wind Style: Lightness (manipulates chakra of the body so sensitively that he can levitate or fly somewhat in the air. This is a much more advanced practice of standing on water) This is just a personal technique for convenience.

He's a a ninja from unknown origins but has been staying at Konoha since he was younger and is considered a citizen
