gaara wins.people keep talking about how sand makes gaara useless, but it is the other way round, kisame's water dome wud be useless if mixed with sand and he can only absorb the sand in gaara's gourd. Kisame isnt that fast so gaara cud still catch him.gaara mid diff.

Kisame loses badly cuz beach sand has no chakra in it so there's nothing to absorb, water isn't a particular weakness of sand as Gaara combined his sand with Mei water to capture Madara, Gaara will easily block his attacks with a shitload of sand, use sand to separate him from Samehada, then crush him with sand.
