As i said, only with a skilled user. sasuke's was broken by killerbee because he is not skilled at it. with the moon powering it up, its basically impossible to break, but kishi will find some BS way to break out of it if it ever happens.

I doubt that's Tsukiyomi's only weakness. That isn't a weakness in the Genjutsu itself, it's just a way to avoid it in the first place. That's like saying the weakness of Katon: Gōkakyū no Jutsu is being able to move out of the way of a giant fireball. All genjutsu are breakable.

No, Uchihas can't counter it. Even if they counter a simple tsukiyomi, they can't counter ultimate tsukiyomi since they can't do that forever

No it's not breakable. If it was the case, kishimoto would have said it, but he said almost 2times(manga and databook) that tsukiyomi is unbreakable, and Tobi is sure that no one could escape his ultimate tsukiyomi. That shows that tsukiyomi is unbreakable. But you can actually avoid eye contact. It goes the same way like sound genjutsu. Even a expert like Itachi could not escape from sound genjutsu alone. He needed Sasuke for it. So alone, i think you can't escape from tsukiyomi. You need a partner

IDK. The Releasing Method (or Kai Technique) of It was not confirmed in the Manga as it was only shown of the release of Sharingan Genjutsu and not Tsukiyomi (MS Technique), however, it was shown how Tsunade healed both Sasuke and Kakashi of it.

Even kakashi after gaining the ms still decided to use gai's counter instead because he still isnt too keen on getting mind rapped a second time. Just because you have the eyes whether sharingan, ms or rinnegan isnt the only thing that is needed to get out of the technique
