There's nothing to substantiate either being better. We've seen that Oonoki's is pretty beastly, but we haven't seen enough out of Muu to give a concrete answer.

Experience won't necessarily make him better. Muu could just be more talented with it. Also, we have no idea how old Muu is, so we don't know how much experience he has. Muu's wrapped up like a mummy, the dude could be ancient.
